  2. Cobblestone Board Meeting Notice

    The Cobblestone Board meets on the third Tuesday of the month beginning at 9:00 am in person or virtually via Zoom. Meetings are held at the Cobblestone HOA Conference Room located at 3131 E. Ina Road, Tucson, AZ 85718 adjacent to the entrance gate.

    Owners are welcome and encouraged to attend. The next meeting will be held on June 20, 2023 at 9:00 am.

  4. Cobblestone Active Projects and Maintenance Activity

    Active:

    • CC&R’s Review for updates – Suggested items will be distributed soon – March 2022
    • Tile at fountain and other locations on Ina coated with calcium / first attempt and cleaning failed.  Bid received – reviewing Jan 2022, Rejected bid – seeking new bids. – Mach 2022
    • Street Sign Lighting – several not working – on going – March 2022

    Completed:

    • Painting wall east of the fountain completed – March 2022
    • Street Reflectors – Over 200 replaced – March 2022
    • Electrical feed to west Ina lighting and cameras has failed – New panel and circuits installed.  All power issues have been resolved – March 2022
    • Ina Landscape Project – 100% complete.  March 2022
    • Main irrigation line replacement.  Completed June 2021
    • Website – Speed enhancements – Expected completion by June 2021, Completed June 2021 – Website in now on a faster server
    • Ina Paint – Gates, walls, fences, fountain, curbs / Contractor picked.  Job complete – June 2021 (there were a couple wall missed in the bid – after the landscaping is complete we will address them)
    • Replace Gatehouse AC / Heater – Vendor chosen, Scheduling in process – Completed – Summer 2020
    • Gatehouse Arms – bent arm, old foam, old tape and reflectors – Completed Summer 2020
    • One Way sign at fountain faded / Replaced 8/21/2020
    • Electrical Panels for Gatehouse and office require cleaning / Completed July 2020
    • Cobblestone website / Transitioning Gate Staff to gust / vendor lists from Website starting 8/24/2020
    • Missing Street Reflectors – Installed 8/14/2020
    • Security Cameras at Main entrance & Gatehouse – In process – Completed in December 2020
    • Tree Height blocking views of neighbors – Rules and Regs updated.  Released – Nov 2020
    • Bylaws Updates – Voted and passed at the 2021 Annual Meeting

  5. Waste Management’s Cobblestone Annual Schedule

    Observed Holiday Schedule: Service will be delayed by one day for all days that fall on or after the holiday. Normal schedule resumes the following week.

    New Year’s Day- Wednesday, Jan. 1
    Memorial Day- Monday, May 25
    Independence Day- Saturday, July 4
    Labor Day- Monday, Sept. 7
    Thanksgiving Day- Thursday Nov. 26
    Christmas Day- Friday, Dec. 25

  6. Please Pickup After Your Dog

    There have been numerous complaints that one or more people are not picking up after their dogs.

    Please be considerate of your Cobblestone neighbors and help maintain the beauty of our community.

    Note: If this habit by “some” does not stop, the HOA will be forced to take action against the offenders.

  9. Active Incident at Cobblestone Road and Ina Circle (Fountain)

    There is an active incident at the Fountain Circle (Cobblestone and Ina) with the Sheriff’s and Fire Dept.

    Until the incident is resolved, vendors going to that side will be turned away.  If you are a resident, you will also not be able to pass.

    I will let you know as soon as there is an update.
