Executive Board Meeting

The Board will be holding an Executive Session Board Meeting to discuss items 3 and 4 below. This meeting is not open to the Community.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03, the Board of Directors may convene in executive session for the purpose of discussing matters that are confidential or sensitive in nature. Executive sessions are not open to the public, and discussions held during these sessions must remain confidential except as otherwise provided by law. Executive sessions may be held to address confidential matters such as 1.) personnel issues, 2.) records protected from public disclosure, 3.) legal advice and litigation strategy, 4.) contract and labor negotiations, 5.) safety matters; and security plans or systems.
